Inside take on a Folger, Bodleian, and Ransom Center exhibition on the creation and afterlife of the King James Bible on the 400th anniversary of its publication.

The exhibition panels have arrived

The traveling exhibition panels have arrived in time to make their debut this Sunday as a part of the Folger Library’s Shakespeare’s Birthday Open House.  Here is a picture of Co-curator Hannibal Hamlin, Exhibitions Manager Caryn Lazzuri, and me posing in front our panel on “Family Bibles.”  I can wait to see all the panels  unfurled in the Folger’s New Reading Room.

Steven Galbraith, Andrew W. Mellon Curator of Books, is co-curator of the Manifold Greatness exhibition at the Folger Shakespeare Library.
